Zoom out your chart and look  which volume waves are larger - trade in the direction of the larger volume waves.

Wait for the price to retrace to a significant level such a Fib or Support/Resistance and then trade

Watch out for high volume waves but not the respective price movement - possible trend change

Watch out for High Speed Index numbers - possible trend change
